Hair Rehab London is dedicated to your satisfaction; however, due to hygiene reasons, hair extensions must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with the security seal intact within 14 days of receipt. Return Process

  Before opening your order, inspect the hair through the transparent packaging to ensure color and quality; returns are only accepted if the gold security seal remains unbroken.

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, clearly indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different shade or length.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our UK warehouse via a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
